Priya Chaudhry told Insider that Majors had hoped the misdemeanor-assault charges would be dropped by Manhattan prosecutors.

Chaudhry wrote a letter to Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Rachel S. Pauley claiming that Majors’ arrest was “racist.” She also claimed that the officers involved didn’t him and questioned how he could afford to live in a luxury triplex penthouse.

“Even though Ms. Jabbari admitted to drinking to the point of throwing up, taking sleeping pills, and having no idea how she woke up in a closet with a cut on her head and injured finger, the police jumped to the conclusion that Mr. Majors (the young, tall, strong, rich Black man) must have ‘done this’ to Ms. Jabbari,” she wrote.

Speaking to Extra, she added, “Within a few weeks of these false allegations, we provided the District Attorney with evidence of Mr. Majors’ innocence. Last week, we delivered additional compelling evidence to the District Attorney, clearly proving Grace Jabbari’s assault on Jonathan Majors and not the other way around. This evidence includes videos of Ms. Jabbari’s frenzied attack on Mr. Majors and his running away from her. We also provided photographs illustrating the injuries she inflicted on Mr. Majors and photos of his clothing torn as a direct consequence of Ms. Jabbari’s violent actions.”

Majors is due back in court next on August 3.

As Media Take Out reported last week, there’s a growing speculation that Jonathan who typically only dates White women, is using a relationship with the beautiful actress to garner sympathy from the Black community.

After graduating from Yale University with a Master of Fine Arts in acting, Majors rose to prominence for starring in the independent feature film The Last Black Man in San Francisco (2019). Doug Cohen, press secretary for the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, said a “judge granted a full temporary order of protection for the victim, per the People’s request and with the consent of defense counsel.”

A full order of protection “means that the subject of the order of protection must stay completely away from you, your home, job and school, and must not abuse, harass or threaten you.”

“This is standard in cases such as this, and we consented because Mr. Majors wants nothing to do with the woman who assaulted him,” the actor’s attorney, Priya Chaudhry, said in a statement. “We have been transparent and cooperative with the District Attorney, including giving the District Attorney ample evidence, including witness statements, of Mr. Majors’ innocence,” Chaudhry continued.

Majors denies the allegations against him but many believe his career is already over.

Yesterday Jonathan’s lawyer leaked some explosive evidence which seemed to contradict the victim’s version of events, Media Take Out has learned. And among the evidence, was a photo of the woman making the allegations.

Typically domestic violence victims names and images are not released to the press. But yesterday, Jonathan’s attorney released evidence that offered three distinct clues as to the victim’s identity – and Twitter is claiming to have figured out who the woman is.

The first clue, according to evidence filed by Jonathan’s attorney is that the woman and Jonathan were in some sort of a “committed” relationship. Jonathan’s attorney says that the incident began, when the woman looked at Jonathan’s phone – and flew into a jealous rage.

The second clue, is that the woman is a blonde. Jonathan’s attorney leaked pics of the woman, look.

The third clue, came from a recent Variety article, which described the victim as “working” on the set of Jonathan’s latest movie Antman & The Wasp.

Fourth clue is that she’s British. In Jonathan’s lawyer’s documents, she explained that the victim was found unconscious after taking “too many tablets.” The use of the word “tablets”, instead of the more Americanized word “pills” suggests that the alleged victim is British.

With those four clues, Black Twitter is claiming that the alleged victim is a blonde British dancer named Grace Jabbari, who was romantically linked to Jonathan just a few months ago. And folks on Black Twitter are spreading her name all across social media.

Grace also worked on the set of Antman and The Wasp, Media Take Out has confirmed.

Media Take Out has not been able to independently identity the woman, and we are not able (or willing) to confirm Black Twitter’s speculation. But the unproven rumors are spreading like wildfire across social media.

Majors has parted ways with his talent manager and publicist and there are rumors Marvel is parting ways with him too. Majors denied the new allegations.

“Jonathan Majors is innocent and has not abused anyone,” his attorney, Priya Chaudhry said via CNN. “We have provided irrefutable evidence to the district attorney that the charges are false. We are confident that he will be fully exonerated.”

The first female accuser said the actor hit “her about the face with an open hand, causing substantial pain and a laceration behind her ear,” and that he “put his hand on her neck, causing bruising and substantial pain.”

His attorney previously claimed the woman had mental health issues.

“Mr. Majors completely denies assaulting the woman,” his attorney said last month. “Around 11 a.m. on March 25, 2023, Jonathan Majors called 911 out of concern for the woman’s mental health. The police arrived with the paramedics, as is standard procedure, and arrested Mr. Majors due to an NYPD protocol requiring arrest in certain circumstances.”

According to new legal documents filed in New York court (first reported by TMZ) Jonathan is claiming that HE was the victim of abuse at the hands of his Caucasian girlfriend, not the other way around. And Jonathan further claims that the New York police framed him.

According to the new legal documents filed in court, Jonathan and his girlfriend were taking an Uber to a nightclub around 1 AM – that’s when the Marvel actor was allegedly attacked.

Jonathan claims that the driver saw the woman assault Jonathan “while she was attempting to steal his phone.”

Jonathan’s lawyer adds that the driver will testify Majors never struck the alleged victim “in any way at any time, or even raised his voice.” The driver has said in a sworn statement that he saw her “hitting, scratching, and attacking” Jonathan. After a few minutes of being attacked, Jonathan reportedly asked the driver to stop the car, so he could escape.

The Caucasian alleged abuser then went to a bar, where she continued drinking the night away, Jonathan’s lawyer added.

The woman allegedly told police that during that incident in the Uber, she suffered a broken finger and a laceration behind her ear – but Jonathan’s lawyer has receipts that suggest she’s lying.

Jonathan’s lawyer included photos which show her using her right hand while at the nightclub – after the incident – where she’s seen picking up a drink and carrying it around – and having a great time with other drunken patrons. She doesn’t seem injured at all.

The drunken blonde stayed out all night, and finally went to Jonathan’s apartment at 3:23 AM – where she called him 32 times and sent several angry, jealous text messages.

Jonathan was not home when she got there, but arrived the following morning at 11:13 AM.

Chaudhry says none of the text messages accuse Jonathan of injuring her, nor does she mention any discomfort from alleged injuries.

The Marvel star found her unconscious and half naked on the floor of his walk-in closet. He also discovered she allegedly threw up in his bed, and told him she’d taken “a few sleeping tablets.”

Majors then called 911, and says when paramedics arrived, the woman allegedly repeatedly told them “I don’t know” when asked what happened to her.

The story gets even crazier, Media Take Out has learned.

In the document, Jonathan’s lawyer claims body cam footage shows police interviewing the woman, and “clearly coaching her to say that Mr. Majors grabbed her by the throat.” Chaudhry claims the alleged victim never made that claim to anyone prior to the officer’s direction.

Today the first hit piece came out. Media Take Out confirmed that Variety published an article claiming that “multiple women” are cooperating with the District Attorney’s office in Manhattan – with allegations that Jonathan allegedly “abused” them.

Media Take Out was not able to confirm whether any of the purported allegations against Jonathan are legitimate, or whether the District Attorney is investigating the actor.

Here’s what Variety is saying:

Sources familiar with the matter tell Variety that multiple alleged abuse victims of Majors have come forward following his March arrest and are cooperating with the Manhattan district attorney’s office. The prospect of more women waiting in the wings would mark a dramatic turn in the case and comes on the heels of Majors’ publicists and management firm cutting ties with the embattled actor earlier this week.

Jonathan’s attorney issued a statement today, saying “Jonathan Majors is innocent and has not abused anyone. We have provided irrefutable evidence to the District Attorney that the charges are false. We are confident that he will be fully exonerated.”

The piece also had a pretty damning quote from a woman who “worked” with Jonathan on the set of a recent movie. She commented on the leaked text messages that Jonathan’s lawyer released – which Media Take Out told you at the time was a HUGH MISTAKE. Here’s what they wrote:

“It read like a bad Lifetime movie. They basically look like the text messages of a textbook abused woman,” says one person who is working with Majors on an upcoming project.

This latest article, which is claiming that there may be more victims, is pretty daring for Jonathan’s career. Jonathan is scheduled to star in the upcoming mega-blockbuster “Avengers: The Kang Dynasty.”, which is slated to be released on May 2, 2025, and he is poised for a $20 million payday including back-end compensation. He also was signed to star in “Avengers: Secret Wars,” which is slated to debut in 2026.

Why are so many Hollywood agencies dumping the actor, and missing out on millions in fees?

Well Media Take Out learned that two articles are in the process of being written about Jonathan Majors, and they are both going to be devastating to his career.

One article is being pitched to two different news agencies – and the only way to label it is a “hit piece.” Media Take Out spoke with a person who was interviewed by the “journalists” writing the piece – both of the “alleged journalists” are White, and have been published at some of the top media companies in the world. According to our insider, the writers are digging around people in Jonathan’s past, and trying to convince them to say horrible things about him.

The person interviewed, who has known Jonathan for years, explained, “They were trying to put words in my mouth, to make Jonathan seem like an abuser. It’s terrible what they are doing to him.”

So we have a pretty good idea that once the article is published, Jonathan’s image will take a huge hit.

But that’s not all. Media Take Out has learned that the reputable magazine Vanity Fair is working on a deep dive expose on Jonathan. We have no idea what direction Vanity Fair is going with the piece, but we’re told that “it’s not going to be good.”

Jonathan Majors has recently been dropped from two upcoming Marvel Films, and right about now – it look like his career is in serious jeopardy.

But the text messages seem to do the opposite. They show a distraught woman, who is blaming herself for the physical violence that ensued after she grabbed her boyfriend’s phone.

Media Take Out has not been able to confirm the authenticity of the messages. But we did confirm that the texts were provided by Jonathan Majors’ lawyer – and they are pretty interesting.

The one thing that the messages DON’T do … is they don’t prove that Jonathan DIDN’T attack the accuser, who is his Caucasian girlfriend. Rather it paints the picture of a girlfriend who is worried about how the criminal charges will impact her boyfriend’s career.

In the messages, the accuser seems to be apologetic to Jonathan, and seems worried about the charges that the popular actor is facing. She wrote, “I’m so sorry that you’re in this problem.”

The victim seems to be blaming herself for what happened, saying “It’s my fault for trying to grab your phone.”

But the victim does not – at least in the texts – verbalize that Jonathan never strangled her.

Now people claiming to know the actor – from his days of studying at Yale Acting School, are claiming that he’s been an “abusive psychopath” for years.

Here’s one of Jonathan’s Yale colleagues – who also works in the acting world – spilling what he claims is “tea” about Jonathan.

Tim claims that people that Jonathan allegedly “abused” are planning on coming forward in the coming days.

Media Take Out was not able to corroborate anything that Tim said. But we did manage to locate a person who attended Yale at the same time as Jonathan.

That person did not have any stories of “abuse” or “sociopathy” about Jonathan. But Media Take Out’s insider did have some tea to spill.

The insider explained, “Jonathan did not really associate with Black people at [Yale]. He only really talked with White people.”

Media Take Out asked people who know the actor and who have worked with him in the past, whether they could have predicted that he could be accused of such a heinous crime?

One person, who worked with Jonathan on the set of his new movie Creed 3, had a pretty interesting theory on what might have happened in the back of the taxicab.

The person, who asked to remain anonymous, told Media Take Out that he suspects Jonathan was using a very strong anabolic steroid known as “Tren.”

The insider told Media Take Out, “He was taking [steroids] while filming [Creed]. I can’t say what he was taking, but people on staff were saying that he was on tren.”

Tren, or trenbolone acetate, is a popular synthetic anabolic steroid that’s estimated to be three to five times more potent than testosterone. The FDA does not allow its use on human beings, it is only available to use on cattle. But bodybuilders illegally use it on themselves, and it is has the ability to change a person’s physique – from skinny to bodybuilder jacked – in just a few months.

It’s regarded as a high risk, high reward steroid—a drug used by top-level bodybuilders, powerlifters, and athletes to get massive strength and muscle gains.

But there are a ton of very scary side effects for those who use Tren. In addition to it damaging the male reproductive system, Tren can also lead to severe emotional stability … and possible psychosis.

Trenbolone is notorious for increasing “aggression,” and having severe negative impact on the user’s mental health. Tren users claim that the drug causes a very serious case of “roid rage,” and frequent users of Tren can be subject to psychotic breaks.

Well Media Take Out confirmed that Jonathan was arrested yesterday, after his Caucasian girlfriend called the cops on him, and accused the actor of beating her.

And the details surrounding the alleged assault are pretty crazy.

According to TMZ, police were called by Jonathan Majors’ girlfriend — and, according to her, they got into an argument while in a taxi returning home from a bar in Brooklyn.

The alleged victim also claims he put his hands around her neck and tried to strangle her.

Police report that Jonathan’s girlfriend had visible injuries as well — including a laceration behind her ear, redness and marks to her face. She was taken to an area hospital and is in stable condition.

After the attack, Jonathan dropped his girlfriend off at their shared NY apartment, and left the scene. The woman called the police this morning, after she was taken to the hospital for her injuries.
