Chambers filed for divorce three years ago.

“The parties have entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support, the original of which is being or has been submitted to the court” and that the pair are asking “the court [to] approve the agreement,” the court docs, obtained by People.

Hammer was accused by several women of several offenses, including sexual assault. Last month, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office decided not to pursue sexual assault charges in one case because they were “unable to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt.”

He claims all activity was consensual.

“She planned all of the details out, all the way down to what Starbucks I would see her at, how I would follow her home, how her front door would be open and unlocked and I would come in, and we would engage in what is called a ‘consensual non-consent scene,’ CNC,” Hammer told Airmail earlier this year. “Every single thing was discussed beforehand. I have never thrust this on someone unexpectedly. Never.”

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office wrote that “there is insufficient evidence” to charge Hammer, citing “the complexity of the relationship and inability to prove a non-consensual, forcible sexual encounter,” spokesperson Tiffiny Blacknell said.

In an interview with Air Mail months back, Hammer denied the rape and cannibal accusations but admitted to being emotionally abusive.

“I would have these younger women in their mid-20s, and I’m in my 30s,” he told the outlet. “I was a successful actor at the time. They could have been happy to just be with me and would have said yes to things that maybe they wouldn’t have said yes to on their own. That’s an imbalance of power in the situation.”

The actor says his love of BDSM showed up after he was sexually abused when he was 13.

“What that did for me was it introduced sexuality into my life in a way that it was completely out of my control. I was powerless in the situation. I had no agency in the situation,” Hammer said to Air Mail. “Sexuality was introduced to me in a scary way where I had no control. My interests then went to: I want to have control in the situation, sexually.”

His godmother, Candace Garvey, confirmed the account to the publication. He admitted that he tried to take his life after the women stepped forward in 2021.

“I just walked out into the ocean and swam out as far as I could and hoped that either I drowned, or was hit by a boat, or eaten by a shark. Then I realized that my kids were still on shore, and that I couldn’t do that to my kids.”

Effie, whose rape allegations against Hammer initiated an LAPD investigation, called filmmakers Elli Hakami and Julian Hobbs “disgusting” in a statement to the Los Angeles Times.

“It is extremely inappropriate of you to exploit such a tragic, vulnerable time in many people’s lives, with no regard whatsoever for our healing process and privacy,” she said. “The way they’ve been exploiting my trauma is disgusting,” Effie added. “When I keep screaming ‘no’ and they keep going, saying they don’t need my permission, they remind me of Armie.”

Hobbs released a statement following her comments, saying filmmakers are obligated to tell the stories.

“If you were to stop making films because someone said they didn’t want a film being made, you would never make a film. The reality is, not everyone gets onboard films. That being said, I think what you have to be is ethically on the right side of how the affairs are conducted. You have to be open and transparent about what’s going on with the film, and you have to be inclusive,” Hobbs added.

Last year, a woman, known as Effie, stepped forward to accuse him of violently raping her in 2017 when she was just 20.

“During those four hours, I tried to get away, but he wouldn’t let me,” said Effie. “I thought that he was going to kill me. He then left with no concern for my well-being. I was completely in shock, and he couldn’t believe this, what I loved. He did that to me.”

She added, “I lost interest in living. I just wanted the pain to stop.”
Effie said she will be giving evidence of the rape, including photos of her injuries, to law enforcement.

New docuseries, House of Hammer, premieres today on Discovery+, and details the alleged abuse carried out by the Hammer lineage men.

His attorney Andrew Brettler confirmed to Variety that a flyer on social media showing him as a concierge at Morritt’s Resort in Grand Cayman is fake.

The Hollywood actor checked himself into rehab for sex and drug issues following a slew of allegations from former girlfriends last June.

Last April Hammer quit Broadway as the allegations of sexual assault against him continue to roll in. Armie was set to star in Tracey Letts’ The Minutes. But the actor has since been accused of being a sexual cannibal and sexual assault.

He denied all of the allegations and says that all of his interactions with the women were “completely consensual in that they were fully discussed, agreed upon, and mutually participatory.”
