Radar Online reports that Rafael Medina Jr. entered his plea. In return. Median received permission to travel for work while on house arrest. “Medina has been convicted of two felonies, both of which were non-violent drug offenses. He has never been convicted of a crime involving violence,” his lawyer said.

Prosecutors claim Medina, his son Octavious and Anthony Maldonado of jumping were responsible for the brutal attack. Medina is rumored to be the president of a local chapter of the Latin Kings. Charges have already been dropped against Maldonado.

Rafael Medina Jr., and Octavious Medina remain behind bars. The members are reportedly from the Latin Kings gang. Authorities say Medina is president of the Palm Beach County Chapter.

Earlier this month, 6ix9ine sat down with NBC6 to talk about the violent attack against him.

“I think it was cowardly,” said 6ix9ine. “I think it was opportunistic.” He detailed why he was caught slippin;.

“I wanted to feel normal,” he said. “I love going to the supermarket with my mom. I love going to the movie theater. I love restaurants, and not have to wait for a security team and go ahead and do it.”

The rapper says on that day, he didn’t feel like going out with security.

The rapper says he would not do anything differently on that day if he could go back and that witness protection was on the table.

Jaime Medina, the wife of Rafael Medina, created the GoFundMe account on Friday, March 31.

According to AllHipHop, the campaign only raised $10 out of its original $100,000 goal.

“The go fund me is for everybody involved,” she wrote in the description.

“My husband is Rafael Medina. I can’t talk much about the situation because it’s still on going, but my husband stood up for what he believes in— which unfortunately, ended in an altercation. It didn’t have anything to do with clout, my husband doesn’t even have social media.”

She says that the public perception of her husband is all wrong.

“Rafael is a hard-working, loving father and husband, who made a mistake; There are no excuses, but we are hoping that during this time, we can come together, support and donated to the GoFundMe for the entire cause and for the attorney fees,” she continued.

Medina also listed a GoFundMe. Her husband was one of three men arrested and charged with assaulting 6ix9ine at an LA Fitness gym in Miami.

The GoFundMe has since been removed.

6ix9ine was jumped by three men at an LA Fitness. One of the men was reportedly a high-ranking member of the Latin Kings. Some speculate the attack occurred because of statement he made days prior, rejecting his Puerto Rican Heritage.

“Anyway what happen here was nothing but cowardly,” 6ix9ine continued. “I’m not mad this happened. In the street there’s no rules so I cant say they were wrong. Obviously it wasn’t fair but again the streets has no rules. Just imagine having nothing to do to with a situation and feel obligated to make it your business. (Very weird) I’m happy to be here still. And I want to say I love my fans. Thank you. P.S : I never knew we respected jumping people. When did that ever become a W???”

All three suspects have since been arrested.

According to a tweet from the Palm Beach County Sherrif’s Office, all three suspects; Rafael Medina, Jr., Octavious Medina, and Anthony Maldonado, have been located, arrested and are currently being booked/processed into the Palm Beach County Jail.

6ix9ine suffered fractured ribs and a blood clot in his eye after being assaulted at the LA Fitness gym in Miami. After the attack, he was taken to the hospital by an ambulance after the attack, which started in the gym’s sauna.

“He was attacked in a sauna at a gym by several thugs who beat him up,” 6ix9ine’s lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, said, adding that he had “tried fighting back.”

“He had cuts to his face (blood clot in eye) and bruises (fractured ribs). Employees heard the disturbance and the perpetrators fled,” he said. “Police in South Florida were called and he was transported via ambulance to a local hospital.”

Police have still not arrested any men in connection with the attack. Because of his history of cooperating with the cops, some on social media celebrated him being assaulted. Others felt that three men against one was an unfair fight.

His baby mama, Sara Molina, says that his beating embarrassed their daughter and he has not seen their child in months.

Insiders claim 6ix9ine was removed from the game due to his excessive drinking.

“He was heavily intoxicated and interrupting other guests’ experience,” a source told Page Six. “He was drunk, he was inebriated and he was out of control … There were a lot of families there last night and he was bothering people.”

Sara says she is also “concerned” over their daughter’s safety, because of his beefs with other rappers and that he has not contacted their daughter since late last year.

This new video is much, much different.

Media Take Out learned that a very graphic video of Tekashi and his former girlfriend Jade has been leaked and is going viral all across social media. And folks are going crazy over the leak on Twitter.

The video was “leaked” by someone who calls himself “NWO” or the New World Order. Since the leak, neither Tekashi nor Jade has commented on the video.

Jade and Tekashi split last year, after police say that she attacked the snitch rapper, Media Take Out reported.

After being arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery, 6ix9ine’s former girlfriend Jade responded to the arrest and broke up with the rapper.

Last August, Jade was arrested after police said she punched Tekashi at a Miami restaurant. The incident took place at Kiki on the River in the 400 block of Northwest N River Drive. According to reports obtained by NBC 6 of South Florida, Tekashi 69 told officers his girlfriend had punched him prior to leaving the restaurant. Officers spotted a minor injury on his left cheek.

Tekashi 69 who spoke directly with TMZ told the media giant he believes Jade’s actions were influenced by her friends and liquor. “I’m gonna get her out jail — she attacked me in front of the police I told them, ‘You have to evaluate her she’s obviously under the influence I don’t plan to press charges … I’m the one trying to bail her out,” the Brooklyn rapper said.

Nobody has accepted the challenge yet.
