The star can be heard complaining about the treatment he has been receiving for blood clots discovered in his legs. The singer says he had to have surgery on his Achilles tendon in the audio obtained by Raphouse TV.

“I don’t deserve to die because somebody miscommunicated or somebody took a guess at what’s going on with my leg. I’m not supposed to die this way. You’re not even supposed to take a chance on that,” the singer complained. “Because if it was your child, if it was your father, if it was your mother, somebody you loved, you would’ve said, ‘Go to the doctor. We need to get that checked out. We need to look at that. We need to X-ray that.’ They didn’t even X-ray. And that’s why I’m speaking out on this, because I’m scared for my life in that area. And who wouldn’t be. They treat animals better than that.”

Kelly is currently serving a 30-year sentence in prison in New York after being convicted on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking.

The star still owes $140,900 in penalties and restitution to two abuse victims after being awarded half a million dollars.

“He currently owes $504,289.73, including interest,” the statement from the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York reads. “Interest is continuing to accrue.”

Kelly was convicted in 2021 in Brooklyn of racketeering and sex-trafficking charges. He was sentenced to 30 years in prison. Last September, he was found guilty in federal court in Chicago of coercing minors into criminal sexual activity and producing child pornography. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison. Those 20 years will run concurrently.

The government has already moved to seize nearly $28,000 from his commissary fund. The commissary funds were all donations from fans.

Kelly has always denied the allegations.

“He has contributed to society with music and his generosity, and he has people who love and support him,” defense attorney Jennifer Bonjean said in court at the time. “He maintains his innocence, and he is not calculating and cunning. Mob justice is in vogue, but this court must distinguish between boorish behavior and criminal.”

Kelly was found guilty in September 2022 on three counts of child pornography and three counts of child enticement.

Prosecutors had requested Kelly be given a 25-year sentence to be served once his other 30-year prison sentence has been served.

US district judge Ann Donnelly said the amount is to cover the cost of treatment for herpes and psychotherapy. The women say that Kelly had intercourse with them knowing he had herpes.

In June, Kelly was sentenced to 30 years in prison following his conviction last year on federal racketeering and sex trafficking charges in New York.

“He lured young girls and boys into his orbit, often through empty or conditioned promises of assistance in developing a career in the entertainment industry or simply by playing into the minors’ understandable desire to meet and spend time with a popular celebrity,” federal prosecutors wrote in their sentencing letter.

“You left in your wake a trail of broken lives,” District Court Judge Ann Donnelly told him. “These crimes were calculated and carefully planned and regularly executed for almost 25 years. You taught them that love is enslavement and violence.”

Kelly is now awaiting sentencing after being found guilty in his Chicago trial.

Kelly faced 13 total charges, including obstructing justice by paying off a minor victim and witnesses, producing and receiving child pornography, and coercing minors into engaging in illegal sexual activity. He was convicted on six of the 13 counts.

Kelly was acquitted of seven other counts in the indictment: one child pornography count, one count of sexual exploitation of a child, one count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, and four conspiracy counts.

The disgraced singer is for several charges including child pornography and obstruction of justice charges.

Kelly did not testify at his federal trial last year in New York. He was still convicted of racketeering and sex trafficking charges, and sentenced to 30 years in prison. The singer also declined to take the stand in his infamous 2008 trial.

Two of Kelly’s associates, Derrel McDavid and Milton Brown, are his co-defendants in the trial. Both men are accused of assisting Kelly in the alleged crimes. They have all denied the crimes against them.

In opening arguments, prosecutor Jason Julien claimed Kelly had repeatedly sexually abused minors.

“The defendant, Robert Kelly, had sex with multiple children,” Julien said in court. “He made videos of himself having sex with children. And these two defendants, Milton Brown and Derrel McDavid, knew about it and covered it up.”
