Al “Bubba” Baker, a retired NFL defensive end was running Bubba’s Q, his family’s popular barbecue restaurant in Avon, Ohio, when he came up with his own invention – boneless baby back ribs that were sold in several local supermarkets.

Al had a dream of taking his boneless ribs business nationwide, while expanding his branded line of sauces and rubs. It was slow in the beginning, and so the family decided to reach out to Damon John, from Shark Tank to help them grow their business.

BIG MISTAKE.

In September 2013, Al decided to go on Shark Tank, when Damon Jean agreed to invest in his business.

Al accepted fashion mogul Daymond John’s offer: $300,000 in return for a 30% cut of the company, as long as they could find a licensing deal with a large meat processor.

Within three years, Baker and his Bubba’s Q Boneless Baby Back Ribs were being promoted on the show and various press accounts as one of the biggest “Shark Tank” success stories, generating $16 million in revenue.

Unfortunately, Al and his family only received $659,653, barely 4% of the business’ publicized revenue.

What began as their “Shark Tank” dream, they say, “has been a nightmare”, John told the news media, Media Take Out confirmed.

Al is now accusing Damon John and some of his associates and partners — including one former contestant facing felony charges — of misleading them, trying to take over their business and depriving them of the profits from potentially lucrative partnerships.

According to the Al and his family, Damon and his representatives ceased communicating with them until last month.

Don Lemon slammed Ramaswamy for lecturing him about the Black experience in America, as the GOP candidate defended a recent speech he made at an NRA event where he accused the Democratic Party of wanting to put Black people “back in chains.”

“For you to compare it to 1865, and 1964 is actually… I think it’s insulting to Black people. It’s insulting to me as an African-American, I don’t want to sit here and argue with you because it’s infuriating for you to put that to put those things together. It’s not right. Your telling of history is wrong,” Lemon explained.

“Well, here’s where you and I have a different point of view. I think we should be able to express our views regardless of the color of our skin. We should have this debate without me, regarding you as a Black man,” Ramaswamy arrogantly stated.

“It’s insulting that you’re…” shot back Lemon.

“Regarding you here as a fellow citizen,” interjected Ramaswamy.

“That you’re sitting here whatever ethnicity you are splaining to me what it’s like to be Black in America,” Lemon replied.

According to new legal documents filed in New York court (first reported by TMZ) Jonathan is claiming that HE was the victim of abuse at the hands of his Caucasian girlfriend, not the other way around. And Jonathan further claims that the New York police framed him.

According to the new legal documents filed in court, Jonathan and his girlfriend were taking an Uber to a nightclub around 1 AM – that’s when the Marvel actor was allegedly attacked.

Jonathan claims that the driver saw the woman assault Jonathan “while she was attempting to steal his phone.”

Jonathan’s lawyer adds that the driver will testify Majors never struck the alleged victim “in any way at any time, or even raised his voice.” The driver has said in a sworn statement that he saw her “hitting, scratching, and attacking” Jonathan. After a few minutes of being attacked, Jonathan reportedly asked the driver to stop the car, so he could escape.

The Caucasian alleged abuser then went to a bar, where she continued drinking the night away, Jonathan’s lawyer added.

The woman allegedly told police that during that incident in the Uber, she suffered a broken finger and a laceration behind her ear – but Jonathan’s lawyer has receipts that suggest she’s lying.

Jonathan’s lawyer included photos which show her using her right hand while at the nightclub – after the incident – where she’s seen picking up a drink and carrying it around – and having a great time with other drunken patrons. She doesn’t seem injured at all.

The drunken blonde stayed out all night, and finally went to Jonathan’s apartment at 3:23 AM – where she called him 32 times and sent several angry, jealous text messages.

Jonathan was not home when she got there, but arrived the following morning at 11:13 AM.

Chaudhry says none of the text messages accuse Jonathan of injuring her, nor does she mention any discomfort from alleged injuries.

The Marvel star found her unconscious and half naked on the floor of his walk-in closet. He also discovered she allegedly threw up in his bed, and told him she’d taken “a few sleeping tablets.”

Majors then called 911, and says when paramedics arrived, the woman allegedly repeatedly told them “I don’t know” when asked what happened to her.

The story gets even crazier, Media Take Out has learned.

In the document, Jonathan’s lawyer claims body cam footage shows police interviewing the woman, and “clearly coaching her to say that Mr. Majors grabbed her by the throat.” Chaudhry claims the alleged victim never made that claim to anyone prior to the officer’s direction.

According to the report, some of the new refugees launched verbal abuse at staff and others were unhappy with the free accommodations that the government was providing them, Media Take Out has learned.

The State Department report looked at the resettlement of around 73,000 Afghan evacuees brought in last year and in 2021.

‘[Resettlement agency] officials told OIG that the [Afghan Placement and Assistance Program] involved some of the most significant challenges that they had ever faced,’ the report stated.

The agencies also identified ‘inappropriate behavior’ from some, including racist. But the report attributed the behavior to a “lack of cultural awareness.”

‘For example, some RA staff reported experiencing racism and sexism from Afghan clients unaccustomed to the norms of U.S. society,’ the report explained.

Some refugees refused to work with case managers if they were women or those from minority groups, particularly Black case managers.

‘A few local offices had issues of verbal abuse from Afghans, mostly those who were upset or frustrated by the process,’ one agency reported.

Some who had good jobs working as professionals in Afghanistan or had advanced degrees from the country ‘often believed that they would be set up in positions within their chosen field.’

The agencies have recommended various measures, including ‘standardized minimum requirements for cultural orientation that emphasize self-sufficiency, manage expectations, and convey U.S. societal expectations for behavior regarding gender, race, and s*xual issues.’

The report noted that the resettlement was ‘an unprecedented and demanding effort that presented substantial challenges for the nine resettlement agencies that implemented the program.’

Jean Dickens Toussaint and his wife, Abigail Toussaint of Tamarac, Florida, were visiting family members in Haiti when they were kidnapped while traveling on a bus from Port-au-Prince on March 18.

A family friend who met the couple at the airport and escorted them on the bus was also kidnapped, their niece, Christie, told ABC Miami affiliate WPLG.

“They stopped the bus at a stop and they asked for the Americans on the bus and their escorts to come off the bus and then they took them,” Christie said.

The couple, both 33, have been considered “missing” since they were forced off the bus at gunpoint.

Their fellow church members at First Haitian Baptist Church of Pompano Beach created a Change.org petition asking for support and prayers. The petition generated nearly 1,500 signatures.

Jean and Abigail, both 33, have a son who will turn 2 next week. The child was not with them when they were abducted. A family member told Local 10 News they paid the ransom demand of $6,000 to release the couple.

But the kidnappers then just increased the ransom, to $400,000.

Once we sent that money, they tried to up the price to $200,000 per person and we don’t have that type of money,” she said.

“We were very worried when they said they were going, we told them not to go but they wanted to go,” another relative, Nikese Toussaint said.

The three women haven’t been heard from in about two weeks, and their family and friends are worried, Media Take Out learned.

The FBI said Friday it is aware that two sisters from Peñitas, a small border city in Texas near McAllen, and their friend have gone missing. Peñitas Police Chief Roel Bermea said their families have been in touch with Mexican authorities, who are investigating their disappearance.

The three women are Maritza Trinidad Perez Rios, 47; Marina Perez Rios, 48; and their friend, Dora Alicia Cervantes Saenz, 53.

The husband of one of the women spoke to her by phone while she was traveling in Mexico, the police chief said, but grew concerned when he couldn’t reach her afterward.

“Since he couldn’t make contact over that weekend, he came in that Monday and reported it to us,” Bermea said. The three women haven’t been heard from since.

Bermea said the women were traveling in a green mid-1990s Chevy Silverado to a flea market in the city of Montemorelos, in Nuevo Leon state. It’s about a three-hour drive from the border. Officials at the state prosecutor’s office said they have been investigating the women’s disappearance since Monday.

Last week, Four Americans on a road trip to Matamoros, in the Mexican state of Tamaulipas, were shot and kidnapped. Two members of the group died and two others have been returned to the U.S.

The friends had traveled to Mexico because one woman in the group was seeking a cosmetic procedure, a law enforcement official with knowledge of the matter told NBC News. The official said cartel gunmen targeted the group in a case of mistaken identity.

The Gulf cartel apologized Thursday and five people were arrested Friday.

According to Mexican authorities and reports read by Media Take Out, Latavia McGee traveled to Mexico for some form of BBL Surgery and she brought along her three male friends. Police say that the four tourists crossed the border into Mexico and they quickly ran into some cartel members outside of Maramoros, Mexico.

Tay’s mother, Barbara Burgess, 54, told ABC earlier this week that Tay traveled to Mexico to undergo a tummy tuck procedure.

Last night however mugshots of the two fallen tourists were leaked, and are now widely being circulated online. Each man had been in trouble with the law in the past – for drug related offenses.

Here are mugshots of Shaeed Woodard and Zindell Brown, the two men who didn’t make it home from Mexico. Both faced drug charges 7 years ago.

There’s more. Earlier this year, a man who social media is claiming is Tay’s husband Termario McGee, 34, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for drug charges. Media Take Out was not able to independently confirm whether Demario is Tay’s husband … but that hasn’t stopped the rumors from going CRAZY.

Termario pleaded guilty in court in January to tracking of methamphetamines and distribution of methamphetamines, according to South Carolina assistant solicitor Kaitlin L. Cook.

He’s currently awaiting sentencing.

According to new reports online, Don, 56, is being described as “moody” ever since new network CEO Chris Licht dumped him from his 10 P.M. primetime gig to co-host CNN This Morning with Poppy Harlow and Kaitlan Collins — a move that most in the entertainment world saw as a demotion.

Radar online is reporting that an Insider is saying that Don, “has a colossal ego and he’s the kind of person who goes around saying he’s not going to take the fall for his show flopping, it’s not his fault and the network’s tanking, and they shouldn’t have pushed him out of his primetime slot.”

And there’s more. Radar is suggesting that Don has been terrorizing his two Caucasian co-hosts, Poppy and Kaitlin. According to them, “Don keeps ripping into 30-year-old co-host Collins off-camera.” They claim that Don allegedly “reduced her to tears” when she interrupted him during a show last December.”

This Radar online report is just the latest in a series of anti-Don Lemon reports that are circulating in the media. Clearly there is a concerted effort to trash Don in the media, and blame the entire CNN collapse on him.

Federal prosecutors have asked a judge to add another 25 years in prison for his child pornography and enticement convictions in Chicago. If their request is granted, Kelly will not be eligible for release until he is 100 years old. Prosecutors have already requested that Kelly to begin serving his Chicago sentence only after his current 30-year New York sentence is completed.

“The only way to ensure Kelly does not reoffend is to impose a sentence that will keep him in prison for the rest of his life,” the government filing says.

Kelly’s attorney, Jennifer Bonjean, said the singer’s existing 30-year New York sentence, “Kelly would have to defy all statistical odds to make it out of prison alive.” Bonjean added that the average life expectancy of inmates is 64 and recommended a sentence of around 10 years.

In the post, the man – who goes by the name Stacks1400 – posted video of him distraught and crying and in it, he claims that he found out that his son is actually his uncle.

How can this happen? Well the man’s grandfather invited him and his girlfriend to stay with him, and during that time, the man’s girlfriend allegedly had an affair with his grandfather. That led to a baby boy being conceived, which the man thought was his own.

And the macking grandfather allegedly has a propensity for doing foul stuff like this. The man captioned his TikTok post, “Can’t believe I expected more from a man that had a whole other family around the corner from my granny house.”

The man claims that he still wants to be in his son’s life. He posted a series of photos of children on his TikTok page – without disclosing which child was his uncle.

According to court documents that were first published online by RadarOnline.com, Kel and his ex Tyisha are locked in a very bitter divorce. The couple married from April 23, 1999 and divorced August 16, 2005. They share two children, Lyric and Allure.

Tyisha had taken Kev to court, claiming that he was delinquent in his child support payments. She wanted back payments – and even requested that the former actor be put in jail, Media Take Out has learned.

Kel’s attorney argued, “[Tyisha] has a long history of foul play. There is evidence to support that she misrepresented her assets/income to the Court in the past. She has forged a grant deed, and signatures to transfer the title of the family residence in this case. She was charged criminally with identity theft.”

“Tyisha has done everything in her power to drag me through her path of destruction,” Kel said.

The judge ruled in Kel’s favor and found that the $425k his ex-received from the home sale was more than enough to cover any back support that was owed.

The order noted, “The Court finds that any and all arrears pursuant to the Judgment from [Kel] to [Tyisha] are paid in full by Petitioner”.

The NYT Post is reporting that the 56-year-old Lemon approached 30-year-old Collins following the show’s Thursday, Dec. 8, broadcast — and allegedly screamed in her face, in front of staffers. Don accused her of “interrupting” him on air.

“Don screamed at Kaitlan, who was visibly upset and ran out of the studio,” one source with knowledge told the NY Post.

And according to the report, Kaitlan went and told on Don to the CNN CEO Chris Licht, who is said to have been appalled by Don’s behavior, according to The NY Post. A second source said a producer talked to Lemon at the behest of Licht and told the anchor to take the next day off to “cool off.”

At this point, Kaitlan wants to be on set with Don “as little as possible,” a source with knowledge of the situation added. “It’s messy.”

A rep from CNN declined to comment on the incident but said: “In just three months, these anchors have created a compelling morning show that breaks news and drives the conversation.”
